A very poor and useless bureaucrat on £100,000 salary paid for by the hard pressed taxpayers locally. Police are still aggressive and confrontational in most cases and inner city policing is even more aggressive. Police seem to have funds to drive around in BMW X5's - yet complain about budget cuts. Then they try in every way to insult the local the community populace in the inner city by continually stopping law abiding citizens on the street. Yorkshire police have become an autocratic body not accountable to anyone and in certain areas of Leeds you could define you are living in a POLICE STATE!. Constantly looking over your shoulder and seeing police cars driving past with leering officers staring at the general public. Those areas are the inner city and the police there have totally failed to liaise with the local community. This commissioner has failed at his job and a change will do the service good to have someone new at the helm rather than a Labour establishment bureaucrat.
