Purchased my FABIA Monte Carlo from Wakefield, excellent service with a friendly and professional experience from start to finish. I have used the service centre on more than one occasion and have been equally impressed, not the cheapest but totally satisfied with the work carried out. I will be calling into Wakefield very soon regarding my next purchase, I can honestly say that they will be my first choice regarding any motoring requirements. Steve walker

We bought a used car from DM Keith this week and was extremely happy with the excellent customer service and kindness shown to us by Coby. He was very understanding when we were unable to make it upto Wakefield (we live 200 miles away) to see the car so we kept in touch and re-arranged after the snow had cleared. Coby understands his customers well and doesn't do any of that high pressure sales tactics which i've commonly come to accept as the norm. When we arrived we were presented with a nice cup of tea and then sat down for a little while and talked before then checking the car over and going on a really good test drive. He then showed me the various features of the car and ran through any questions I had in an unhurried and non pressurized manner. Drove home very happily and am now the proud owner of a near mint condition Seat Leon FR. Coby is an absolute credit to Skoda and DM Keith and i'd happily drive the 200 miles again when we are next in the market for a new car. He called me today to check we'd made it home safely and to check if I had any more questions about the car. Amazing aftercare courtesy! I also want to say thank you to the guys that prepared the car prior to sale. They did an excellent job and it is much appreciated.Thank you again for providing us with such an excellent service and a smooth sales experience.

Dm Keith you should be ashamed of yourselves for charging my elderly parents nearly 50 pounds for two windscreen wipers for a skoda yeti when online you can't get them for a quarter of the price.
