Great experience. I booked wrong class by mistake but Tony was very welcoming and looked after us. Had lots of pole practice. Can't wait to do next class
Signed up to the beginner course, had no experience and wasn't quite in shape after lockdown but still managed to have a great time... They make the classes so much fun and you'll walk out feeling proud of your progress, I'm loving the classes and looking forward to do more!
Yoga is tough when you're as flexible as C3P0 but Chelsea is an excellent teacher
