Fantastic Irish bar In the heart of Liverpool. Liverpool now has tons of Irish bars but this is by far the best. Great steak night on a Wednesday and a great spot to watch the football or listen to some live music. The Guinness here is fantastic.
So happy it didn't disappear from the Liverpool landscape. Its had a clean and freshen up, but the atmosphere remains as fantastic as it ever was. Very welcoming, great Guinness, love the fire being on. Top pub.
A nice little pub in the city centre, I like all the old adverts that decorate the walls. Pogues has a good range of drinks available, including an excellent pint of Guinness. Ive been here several times and the staff are always friendly and make you feel welcome. The pizzas are also really good and very reasonably priced
I went here with some mates a bit back to go trough the UK, took Heineken 0% for the first time. Bartender was awesome, one of the employees called Mike recommended some good places in the area. This is perfect for tourists. When I'm going back to the UK, I'm getting back in this pub!
Cheap drinks fast service. Gaelic football is readily available. Would have scored higher, however I was served by someone who didnt seem to know how to make a shandy. Great pub though!
Surprisingly good, considering an absence of real ales. Good atmosphere- proper pub!
Went in for a quiet drink, but didn't expect to be serenaded by one of the world's wannabes who can't really sing especially at 6.00pm.why can't people be honest and tell these z factors the truth. Just give me the truth, all I want is the truth, and a drink in peace.
