Really enjoyed our few days here. Very welcoming and a well provisioned communal kitchen. Portumna is lovely as well and we had the weather to really enjoy it.Rooms: 4/5
We had such a lovely weekend here for a family birthday. The pods are very cute, comfortable and cosy. Being located in the town of Portumna the site is walking distance to plenty of shops, a playground, Portumna Castle as well as the beautiful swimming area on Lough Derg. A great stay rounded off with a fun show by Podumna's very own magician!
Really great stay here helped by the fantastic weather. Really lovely setting which is walking distance to everything you'll need. Pods were clean and warm, the hosts super friendly and would highly recommendRooms: 5/5
Fantastic spot right in the heart of the village. Easy to get to other sights in the surrounding area. The facilities were great. Very family friendly and secure. Walkability: Very walkable to all sights nearby. There is city hire if you want to go faster/further.
Great place to also rent a bike and explore Portumna forest Park, Castle and Workhouse ! Got a map , a day backpack and a bottle of water that set me up for a great day! Look forward to visit again soon ! Thank you !Rooms: 5/5
Fabulous experience, very well maintained and brilliant kitchen and outdoor eating area. All you could need for a self catering experience.. would highly recommend a stay here!! Will most definitely be back.
We had such a great time here. Glampsite is gorgeous and has everything you need. Owners very friendly. Within walking distance of local attractions and right in town. Covid-friendly holiday. Kids loved toasting their marshmallows and the magic tricks were the icing on the cake. Will definitely be returning!

Stayed overnight here in podumna. Something different. Very cosy. Lovely decor around the place. Great spot for a hen party or girlie catch up. We were delighted that there was sockets to even charge our phones in the shed! Very clean facilities. Shower block and toilets short walk away from accommodation. Helpful owners. We were surprised that podumna is in the middle of Portumna. We thought it would be out in country. You would never have thought that we were in middle of town. Lovely spot. Continued success to owners.
With a 2&5 year old I had a great level of comfort due to the security of the glamping site. Everything is very clean and the staff were very friendly. Very enjoyable weekend with young kids and right beside portumna castle and gardensRooms: 4/5
