Helpful and knowledgeable staff. I thought I was going to have to go to the store in Covent Garden but this shop was just as well supplied and much quieter.

I bought a pair of boots today from this Brighton store and I'd like to start with saying the advice and the boots I bought were good. I later saw the same boots on-line for over £20 cheaper. I looked on Cotswold Outdoor website and noticed they have a price match policy. I took the boots back and asked them to price match them for me with the name of the website id seen the cheaper ones on. The assistant found the website and said she couldn't price match them because the website is Spanish. When I asked her for a refund for the boots she seemed surprised and said that she'd have another look on other websites to see if she could find them cheaper. She said she couldn't and I was given a refund. I have since read other reviews where customers have been turned away for price matching from Amazon. To save this from happening to other customers please could you state which websites you will price match from Cotswold Outdoor?

Bloody lovely staff all keen outdoors people so give advice you can trust, many discounts available if you are a member of a group EG BMC or Scouts
