Just want to say if you need to get uniform make an appointment at the new milton shop. They were absolutely amazing! Really patient, really helpful and cheaper than the southbourne uniform shop too! We had an appointment booked at 11 but we were almost 30 minutes early and they saw us straight away. Couldn't recommend more!
Unfortunately customer service is nowhere to be seen! And the prices are a joke. £50 for 2, thin jumpers. Seriously that's a joke. The woman may have well thrown the socks at me at the till. This is the 3rd year I've been left disappointed with the shop/staff and price. I should have reviewed sooner. Next year I will have to find somewhere else

Been using this shop for a long time. Popped in again on Saturday in a mad rush for a white shirt. A very efficient and kind lady helped me find the right size and even showed me one out of the packaging so I could judge if it would fit. In and out in 3 minutes as was in a mad rush as needed one to wear in 45mins. Thank you. As always very helpful and happy staff, even when under pressure.
Safe to say avoid this shop if you are exempt from wearing a face covering even though the LAW is face coverings are NOT COMPULSORY as you will be threatened to refuse service. I went for my appointment this morning with my son, was told “you need to wear a face covering” I said, no, I’m exempt and legally face coverings are NOT compulsory any more so you cannot force anyone to wear a face covering exempt or not. She then threatened to refuse me service if I did not wear a face mask. And what I find funny is the owner has replied to another review of this happening saying “we do not refuse entry” well the owner, things are obviously happening behind your back as I was threatened to refuse service if I did not wear a face mask. Oh and they served me from the door as I WAS NOT ALLOWED IN THE STORE so I couldn’t even look to double check I got everything. So what is your reply going to be with me. I am not going to be leaving this. So I told her to either get her manager or contact the police as what she was threatening was illegal. Baring in mind I’m also 6 months pregnant and stood with my 7 year old son. Safe to say I will be contacting the highest person I possibly can and reporting this business to GOV for thinking they are above the law. Your “company policy” is NOT above the law. Remember that.
Visited this store on the 28th July and my daughter went back to school today, the 2nd September and our order of 2 cardigans still hasn't arrived. I spoke to the area manager yesterday who assured me it should be in store this morning. Still nothing. I am currently composing my complaint. I am disgusted that a school uniform shop hasn't had the foresight to make sure they had surplus stock in August - the busiest month of the year for them. Yes, COVID had them shut for a couple of months, but they have been open a while now and are advertising that if ordered before mid August, it is guaranteed in time. All lies. They need to seriously look at their staff as the ones I have spoken to have all been rude and condescending. They sadly lost their best member of staff and the shop just isn't the same without her. Customer service is rubbish and follow up is non existent. Order online for delivery home as going in store is a waste of time.
Phoned to enquire if you had a size for my daughters skirt, to be told you have have plenty of skirts but I need an appointment first! The tone of the sales assistant was shocking! Unfortunately you will have money this time as all other school shops are out of the size I required. Complaint will be made to manager. Not what I need in a middle of night shifts!!
As school shops go, staff seemed friendly and were helpful. The shop wasn't busy when we went and we booked a slot beforehand. We got in and ordered with the whole process taking about 15mins.
Can't click and collect!. To buy one school jumper you have to make an appointment to go to store to order to then go back another day to collect, or pay a 45% delivery fee for a local shop £5 for an £11 jumper. Not helpful for working parents and not covid friendly as requires 2 visits. Either forget the school logo and buy cheaper decent schoolwear elsewhere or get stung by the steep delivery charge. To reduce footfall in store to aid social distancing set a reasonable delivery fee it's that simple
Very helpful service only let down was attitude of one female staff member who took offence to me wishing to buy school dresses elsewhere as they didn't have my daughters size. Also quite expensive and somewhat inconvenient that it's so far from the school. You have to be able to drive if not going to school in New Milton.
