A well stocked shop, what I especially like is the wide range of Miuyki Delicas in wholesale quantities. Fast shipping from UK to Norway as well. Customer service is very good! I was working on the bangle in the photo when I happened to find my favourite Delica Dealer, and I'm very happy that I did. Working on projects like that, which I frequently do, a well stocked wholesale dealer is an old girl's best friend!
Beads arrived quickly and good quality. However, some of the colours weren't as I expected. It wasn't obvious how to return items, so I had to contact the company, who replied quickly. However, I didn't get a full refund as, when I returned, it took my order under the amount that qualified for free postage. They covered half the postage costs so I was down £4. This was explained clearly when I queried it, but I was disappointed with the reduction.
I have ordered from CJ Beders on numerous occasions and have always had great service. Products are always superior quality. I will be ordering again very soon.
Very pleased to have found CJ beads! They have a fantastic choice of beads and other goodies. They went above and beyond to help me find what I needed even phoning me shortly after I’d made an online order. The postal costs were fine, and my orders have been delivered promptly. They will be my new go-to suppliers!
This will be my second time ordering from CJ Beaders. The customer service was superb. One of my bead colours had gone out of stock; they called to let me know and to see if my order could wait until the stock arrived or if I needed the beads sooner. It only took 24 hour for them to complete my order and the beads arrived quickly. The parcel was very well packaged and the order was correct. Thank you for a great service.
Have used this company several times and I've been very happy with the products and service. Very easy to use website with lots of choice. Items despatched fairly quickly and always well packaged. One of my Go-To suppliers for beads and accessories.
I use a lot of delica beads in my crafting and black is always on the wanted list. Having checked with other suppliers, I found this site had the necessary amount of this colour that I needed and at a very good price. Delivery was really quick as well! Much appreciated!
Always excellent service from CJ Beaders. Good range of stock and prompt attention. I had a delivery issue and it was dealt with promptly and politely by Sue.
I'm giving this shop 5 stars because of the brilliant customer service. When I ordered the wrong size of a product, they contacted me with advice and swapped it out for me at no extra cost. I'd had a poor experience with a different online bead shop in the past, so this was a really nice experience and showed that they really cared about the customer. I will be placing many more orders here. The only slight downside is they don't stock everything I need, but I guess that would be pretty impossible :
Everything arrived and is perfect. My only problem was that I ignored the carrier's messages as they were not from the same name company and I thought they were a scam! This meant I missed the delivery and had to wait a further 2 days.
