I saw Neil for a series of appointments following problems with my ankles and general fitness following the COVID lockdowns. From hardly being able to walk at all, Neil diagnosed the issues and gave me a set of exercises that built up my strength again so that I was able to regain my mobility. I am now back to full strength thanks to Neil's excellent support. Would definitely recommend Plym Physio and I would definitely revisit again if needed.

Pilates classes are relaxed and I feel more supported to complete the moves correctly which improve my mobility and stability.  Have had physio and sports massage at the clinic and continue to reap the benefits of both treatments.  The staff are professional and friendly without platitudes and frills which I find refreshing.

I saw Nic after expecting awful postnatal back & neck pain. Nic is without doubt the best physio I have ever seen and provided me with exercises to strengthen problematic areas. This has enabled me to feel stronger and be for the most part pain free. I have also completed several blocks of Plym Pilates and would recommend to anyone in need of a physio or Pilates instructor!

I would thoroughly recommend Plym Physio. I have recently been treated for an Achilles Tendon injury and I am so pleased with the progress that I have made with Plym Physio. I have a plan of action to continue my recovery and I am glad I made the decision to book my first appointment.

I first started seeing Nic @ Plym Physio due to lower back pain which I have suffered with for considerable years. After a few physio sessions I was encouraged to join one of the Plym Physio Pilates classes which I’ve been doing for over a year. The classes are small, controlled and have really helped to strengthen my back and I now don’t suffer from such discomfort. I highly recommend Nic and Plym Physio, I think they are great!

I have been a client of PlymPhysio for almost a year and the improvement in my mobility and general posture is truly amazing. Nicky is really knowledgeable, expertly guiding us through the exercises in the Pilates classes - she knows all of our strengths and weaknesses and tailors the exercises accordingly. I also have had several Physio sessions with Nicky which have really helped loosen my old bones!  Highly recommended!

I have used Nicky for both personal injury treatments and regular weekly Pilates classes. She has always been able to analyse what have mainly been sports related injuries and managed to sort them out for me. Her Pilates classes are very well structured and the content is fun as well as being demanding.

I’ve been  going to Nic for the past two years for Pilates, Physio and Acupuncture. Before  I started  going  to Plym Physio I was  in daily agony with my back, hips and neck. With Nic’s help I have been able to build core strength and learn to understand how to carry myself so I’m not putting strain on my body. I have reach a point in my wellbeing that I thought I never would, a point where I don’t have to choose what I can and can’t do because of my pain. I have always enjoyed going to my appointments as the atmosphere is very welcoming and easy to be in. Can’t recommend Plym Physio enough!!

Outstanding! I had Physio and acupuncture every week on my neck for 6 months after suffering for countless years, my neck has never felt so good and I finally have feeling back in my left hand. Nicola is amazing and the overall professional service I received from appointments to treatments have been second to none. Thank you Nicola and thank you Becky! I feel brand new!

Nicola worked wonders with the severe muscular back pain I was experiencing before xmas. She made an immediate significant positive impact and I only needed a few sessions to sort out the problem. I was extremely impressed by her in depth knowledge, practical experience and friendly approach.  I would definitely highly recommend her.
