Wow what can i say ... I went into Plush Couture today not knowing what to expect dress wise. I arrived half hour earlier than i was supposed to but Maria, My goodness Maria was so accommodative to me and my friend. I went through a selection of dresses but the ones i liked at first my sizes were unavailable. Maria was so patient with me, she was so kind and most importantly so funny. She made me feel at ease and made the experience one to remember. At the point of trying on so many dresses i was beginning to feel a little down, But Maria came to the changing room where i was with one final dress. She knew what i liked and she gave it one last shot... Lo and behold THAT WAS MY DRESS. I was so happy i couldn't stop smiling and i didn't want to take the dress off. Im most probably the happiest bride ever right now. Maria made me and my friend so relaxed and we literally felt like part of the Plush family. I would seriously recommend this shop to every bride to be, they have a selection of beautiful dresses. FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE one i won't ever forget :)

Very friendly and customer-focused team. Maria was great and I was treated like a princess from the moment I walked into their shop. Quality of their dresses and their service deserve no less than five gold stars. Thank you for an amazing experience. Definitely recommend :)

Maria is absolutely amazingggg! She's so assuring and goes over and above to ensure you walk away with your dream dress. I walked in completely perplexed with conflicting ideas of what I thought I wanted and walked out with a dress that happened to be exactly what I wanted and most importantly with worked for me, my body type and my wallet. I would recommend this place a million times over to any bride to be. Its definitely worth a visit. My dress happened to be one of my easiest decisions - yes! I said it! True story. ❤

Wonderful place and staff, great selection,went to a brides evening here and was made to feel realy welcome and comfortable,staff are great,very knowledgeable and very informative, the location is great,transport links are good 100 yards away from chingford overground station, easy to park too, all fittings and alterations are on site so real convenient for fitting season, highly recommend a visit for any bride to be.
