In 2019 I was Very pleased with the service from Blue Flame. I had just moved to a new house and it needed some key work undertaking. After contacting a couple of companies no one seemed interested in the work ! Found Blue Flame and instantly got excellent customer care and quick response to enquiry. Came out to survey work and discuss options. Undertook Gas Safe service of boiler and capped off old gas fires Installed new Consumer Unit and tested electrics, installed electrical bonding etc. Installed new bath, taps and tilling to refresh an old bathroom. All work was reasonably priced. All waste was removed. *Update* Unfortunately I have tried to use this company on a couple of occasions since and have not been impressed. I wanted a new boiler installed and a gas fire connected but the man who came to do the quote wouldn’t tell me what was needed to bring the fire opening up to code. Kept saying “ask your builder”Gave the whole job instead to a gas engineer who told me what I needed to do prior to fitting so I could do it in plenty of time me, not a builder! After all, a gas engineer has to know what the code is or they can’t comply with gas safe regs! I get the impression the company has changed and now not as keen for work as they were.Services: Shower installation
A little more expensive than smaller independent companies, but because it is larger someone can normally come out relatively quickly. Turn up when they say they will and are polite and helpful. Prefer them to British Gas.
Full central heating fitted in timescale promised. Everything professionally explained prior to commencement and all promises kept. Very neat and tidy job and all rubbish and mess cleaned up. Little hickup with a fire replacement due to flue failing smoke test. Alternative fire discussed and fitted with similar high level of workmanship. No hesitation in recommending this Company. Thank you Blue Flame.
Great work from these guys and excellent communication with customers.
