From the moment I contacted Blue Flame, until the work was completed, it was a five-star experience. Each of the people I dealt with was helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant. The first gentleman on the phone was professional and helpful. The one who came round to do my estimate took time to reassure me that the work would be no problem and I felt confident and happy with his approach and reassurance. I promptly received quotes which I was happy with. When the day came round for the work to be done Blue Flame engineers were on time, professional and completed high-quality work. I was so impressed I signed up for the boiler cover scheme and plan to have them back to undertake some other work. Excellent. .
I've always had excellent service from Blue Flame. They did a top notch job of installing my new boiler in 2022 and they have carried out the annual servicing since then to my complete satisfaction. Highly recommended.
Would thoroughly recommend Blue Flame services. We recently had a new Worcester 800 boiler fitted to replace an older Baxi. The service was first class. Came when arranged and did a very efficient and clean job. Andrew worked at a pace for the 2 days and we are very pleased with the result. Thank you Blue flame
They previously replaced a boiler and were competitively priced. They also out annual inspections on my two rental properties. They are not going he cheapest but give an excellent service. They remind me when inspection is due. Keep me informed before the inspection and email me the report. Very reliable
