Great selection of products at very competitive prices.  Ordered my taps online,  although I checked availability by phone. Arrived next day delivery.  Recommended  !!

Go to place for plumbing/heating/bathroom needs.  Most items are in stock or available within a couple of days.  Prices are generally competitive but can price match where possible.  Also can deliver for free for larger orders.

Excellent friendly service from Wayne and all for a part costing less than £4.

Walked in without knowing anything baring how to sit on a toilet and stand under a shower.  I left 45 minutes later with a great idea of everything that I would need for both my new bathrooms all going to Plumbsave.  I'd highlight Wayne as one of the best retail sales staff I've ever encountered.  Great, personable and helpful business.

I ordered a Honeywell Evohome radiator controller to replace one that had failed. Their price was very competitive and delivery was included. Ordering and payment was very easy.  I chose the basic standard delivery and I was pleasantly surprised when the package arrived the next day. That was unexpected and very welcome!  My heating is fully working again. Superb service! I will know where to look next time I have a requirement for plumbing parts.

Excellent online sales and customer service. Bought a vertical radiator on the website at great price, which was delivered quick and in good order. Then plans changed and wasn't able to fit it right away. Over a year later !, it was time to fit it and found that in the box the manufacturer had supplied only 1 sided fixing brackets. Called Plumbsave and even though it was over a year, they were helpful and unquestioning and immediately sent out new set of brackets which arrived 48 hrs later. For a relatively small domestic DIY purchase, this was refreshingly good service! Surely reflects a company with a high standard of service, care and integrity.

Brilliant business to deal with, great prices and great range of products. I ordered the Bristan Gilde bath mixer taps with hand shower attachment and matching basin tap. These items were £120 cheaper than my local plumbers  The shower head had some scratches on it when it arrived. Emailed Plumbsave with a photo of the damaged unit, they responded within 30 minutes and I received a new shower head next-day.  Just a great business to deal with.  Thank you.

Very helpful on the phone, item was packed and sent same day even in these difficult times and was delivered next morning.  Cant ask for better service.
