I contacted Paul regarding a photography workshop for my husbands 50th birthday and I can honestly say it's the best present he's ever had! With a keen interest in street photography, my husband already had a passion to take pictures but he lacked the technical knowledge and 'tricks of the trade', which Paul has in abundance. I booked a one to one, half-day workshop and Paul tailored the session to suit. He taught my husband so much and the difference it has made is unbelievable, his photography has come on leaps and bounds. If you want to enhance your skills or broaden your creativity then I would highly recommend Paul as an inspirational tutor.

We recently used Paul’s services as photographer for our wedding and have nothing but praise for his work. He took the time to understand exactly what we wanted from him on the day. The end result is fantastic, hundreds of high quality pictures capturing every moment of our special day. We have no hesitation in recommending Paul as a photographer.

A really enjoyable workshop! Paul was so patient with a group of beginners and really took time to make sure that we all understood the basics of photography before taking us out in the big wide world to have a play with our new found knowledge. So approachable and passionate about passing on his expertise.

Attended a night photography course as a solo female. Paul made me feel  very welcome, so I would definitely recommend any solo female to book with Paul. I was an absolute beginner, and Paul was very patient during the technical hour and during the outside practical session. I learnt more in those few hours than I ever did reading manuals and watching YouTube. The editing part of the course using Adobe lightroom was something I wasn't expecting but definitely appreciated. Although I was quite tired by this point, Paul still managed to inspire me. Thanks for the knowledge, and chat.

This was without question an amazing course, well presented, we were made to feel welcome, I just wanted to know how to set my camera up, but I got a whole lot more from it, Paul explained everything in a manner you understand, nothing is to much trouble for him, he makes time for everone, and if you don't get it as I didn't he just explains it again, I highly recommend him if you want to get more from your camera, I definitely booking another course. Great workshop , Paul was very patient with a complete beginner , he explained how to set up several different cameras to the group as we all had different makes, he showed us and explained how to set up the light meter  and how it worked, we went a walk and took quite a few photos and then back to the studio , Paul worked his magic and showed everyone how to use a photo program  I cannot remember the name of the programme to enhance the photos we took , I have now booked on to another course with Paul for a extended course. I’m really looking forward to the next course. Getting use my camera to its full extent

I had a great afternoon on the Burbage common workshop with Paul, I'd previously used online courses so had a base knowledge and this course was a great way to test my learning and get some feedback on my approach and style. This is a great workshop for beginners just looking to start and also for people who have some knowledge and want to practice with feedback and see how to take things further.

I attended a workshop with Paul on the 4th February. He was so incredibly patient and thorough going through the technical side and editing afterwards.  Highly recommended and I’ll be looking to book onto another one in the near future

What a wonderful headshot experience we had for my daughter. Paul was very professional and having an acting coach in the room too was incredible. This really worked to engage my daughter fully, relax her and enable all the right emotions to be brought out for the shots. Brilliant!

This was my first time attending one of Paul's photography workshops Urban Landscape & Nature Photography and I wasn't disappointed. The basic principles & camera setup was a really useful & informative addition.  No more shooting in Auto mode!!
