The store locator map marker is wrong on their website, but the address is correct. The free car park entrance is just off Blaenwern (watch out for the big pothole at the entrance).
The store is basically a counter top and display items. Plenty of manufacturers leaflets to give an idea of the plumbing range available. You can order on line and pick up in store, but I chose to order at the counter as I needed some advice. This was given freely and within a few minutes I was back in my car with the part I needed (and was the right part too). The price was as cheap as I could find online, but without the waiting. 
Good service and will be using them again.
