Very helpful and good prices

Absolutely shocking customer service by this branch manager. How this store stays open is beyond me. Dreadful service from start to finish. It’s well known in the local area local tradesman only use this branch as an absolute last resort. Much more helpful staff and stores in Chester that are actually interested in helping you. Mr branch manager you want to get a job elsewhere as your putting the decent workers jobs at risk. Continually been patronising to our young office staff too when they try to call in.. Absolute disgrace. Stay well clear of this place

I went to Plumb Center showroom in Chester for a bathroom as my plumber recommended the showroom. They were absolutely brilliant couldn't of been more helpful and really knew there stuff. good price too, would definitely recommend! 5 stars from me

I just hope the new loo we purchased fits the toilet tube drains beautifully. Nice and uncluttered displays of bathroom fittings, showers , rails and helpful assistance at hand.

Ordered a fire on Thursday 7th at 4.40pm and was told I had missed the next days delivery and I would get it on the following Monday 11th Got home from work on Friday 8th at 3.0pm  and the fire had been delivered. What fantastic service.

Best stocked plumber merchant in Chester
