We had dinner here last night and found everything to be lovely. They sourced some high chairs for our babies/toddlers and gave us such friendly, helpful service. The baby change/disabled toilet was very well set up. Really appreciated the many gluten free options on the menu also. Would definitely come back if we lived local. Thank you - Ebony was our server

We called by chance for lunch on Saturday afternoon . Although the place was very busy we were quickly seated, drinks served and food order taken.  The prices were very comparable and the service exemplary. Friendly, polite and efficient. Our food exceeded our expectations, ample portions , beautifully prepared and served . With a large carpark and lots of seating, both inside or , as we sat, outside with lovely views as a bonus. Recommended.  Food & drinks: Good quality at affordable prices.

Had Sunday lunch struggled to slice the meat with a butter knife, they  should have given out  steak knifes. Lovely place clean looking and plenty of staff running around. Why they charge so much as the  food I have to say we have had a better meal in a  standard pub or carvery. Nothing special I'm afraid.Service: 4/5

Yes having stayed in The Plough Hotel and used the restaurant on several occasions I can say I was very impressed with the standard of the hotel, the staff who worked very hard to achieve the standard in a very pleasant manner and the outstanding food served by the chef.   The location is first class in the rural community.    I would recommend a stay at this hotel if you need a pleasant environment and if you need a restful overnight stay.   Thanks to all staff.

Had a brilliant Christmas gift, afternoon tea at the plough restaurant just outside Llandeilo,  what a awesome gift, it was for four people so we invited my sister Jan and husband Stu, it was also their Ruby wedding anniversary. The venue is outstanding, clean warm and very friendly, the staff are very friendly and very knowledgeable with all the aspects of gluten free food's on the menu. When the tea arrived I was gob smacked, a stunning display of sandwiches and cakes you've ever seen, outstanding quality, everything was absolutely delicious,  the four of us spent the next few hours munching through mounds of sandwiches cakes tea's and coffees. It was a brilliant day all round.

We first ate here in early 2021 and the food dinner was fantastic, couldn’t fault it. We went for dinner at least 3 times throughout the year as lockdowns lifted. Then when we went with friends and family for dinner several times in 2022, even including last night mid-December, I am disappointed to say that the food has really gone downhill this year. The duck we had last night was tough and tasteless, and half of the vegetables were cold. On my previous 2 visits this year I had the lamb which was disappointing both times, as somehow that magic that we experienced in the food last year has gone. I don’t know if the chef has changed during that time, but it is definitely not the standard one would expect for the price. And it is sad to leave such a review for a local business that stands out in this area as high quality.

A beautiful Sunday lunch today. Staff were lovely, food was fantastic and swiftly delivered  We were a large group and everybody enjoyed.Service: 5/5
