Unable to park, not one space available in the whole car park and cars waiting, must be some good offers on although people were walking up the road and not into the shop
I don’t like this place at all. I find co-op expensive anyway, so try to limit any purchase from them, but this place never has anyone on the tills. You stand around wandering about for a while until someone says they will open a till, then when someone else puts something in the belt, they get redirected to the ciggy counter. Very bizarre.
Has never been good on re- stocking, I realise there is a problem these days but not in the past. Lovely pleasant staff. Easy store to shop at, Pity it wasn’t slightly bigger. Has lost the two extra stars due to re stocking in the past.

Very expensive..nightmare parking with inconsiderate parkers. The worst fruit produce .That lasts days. Always running out of product basics especially on bank holidays. Newly refurbished with masses of refrigeration, this has to be the coldest store in Britain. Staff wrapped up like Eskimos. Self service tills do nothing but cause frustration.And now use facial recognition!! WT? I always try to avoid this place. Shivers run down my spine just thinking of it.
Well laid out, staff are normally polite though sole person there at 7 am gets frazzled. Good range of stock, though Co-op prices are high. If you have a trolley full and there is nobody on the trolley tills, they will always open a till for you. Car park is OK when the school next door isn't turning out, but it's pretty sloped, so watch for your trolley running into your car. A much better place than the only other supermarket in Llandeilo.
some of the staff are very good here but some are completely hopeless which over shadows the good ones, other than that its not to bad although you do have to watch there special offers because they won't always honour them at the till
Horrid ! I had a real bad experience here today and as a result I ensure I will never return . The lady in the visor working the till and shop floor was extremely rude . There was trays all on the floor being worked Infront of the sandwiches . That she left to go on the till , nearly endangering me when I turned around . Whilst then in the aisle . I heard her say to two men , you boys need masks , they explained they where exempt and she laughed and said unlikely I think , asking was it contagious as both described . Then went on to ask what’s wrong with them then ? It’s no ones right question anyone’s disability or reason . Anyhow .... the shop lay out is poor . You need to move your meal deal crisps .
Like it, it’s a good local facility the staff are nice, can’t get all I need though, but still a good range. The car park is not so good and it’s used by the parents taking/fetching kids from the school next door, which is abugger! Can get Costa as a new addition, if you need an injection caffeine to cope with manoeuvring out of car park and it has ATM.
This is a really good store.and we have been going there from day one, above fifteen years ago. The staff are very friendly and efficient even when they are extremely busy. Good offers, good quality, good range, excellent value. Free parking and bottle bank comes in handy. Beats Aldi, Tesco and the like.
