Spoke to lady in the shop a fue times just to get ignored...told her she is rude and she then smiles at me and throws my change on the counter.

Useless staff! British gas sent their paypoint money to go onto my gas card as I recently moved into a new flat and the property had arrears on the gas box. All the lady in the shop had to do is make a zero payment amount onto my gas card which wouldn't cost then a thing and they wouldn't do it! So unhelpful! But yet they still have my money from British gas!!!!!
