All Tesco Cafe services are generally very good, and I am satisfied with the staff and the environment.nHowever, although the Wi-Fi is free, it is extremely slow and almost impossible to use in practice. It is not “powerful” as described here.nIf the internet speed could be checked and improved, I would be very happy to visit this cafe every day.
Today at 14:48 during the shelf checkout, we’re waited for almost 15 mins for staff to come to assist us who was continuously ignoring us, another lady came she assisted the person next to us but ignored us as we being customer doesn’t mean to the shop. I don’t have any other way to complain than to write a review and make a complain! Anyways, Finally after a long wait a young guy came to assist us do appreciate him.
Disappointing experience. Some staff appear bored and disengaged, behaving in ways that feel unprofessional such as poor attitude, gossiping and rolling eyes at customers. In addition, some male staff show excessive and intrusive attention towards female shoppers, particularly later in the evening. Overall, this creates an unpleasant atmosphere and detracts from what should be a straightforward shopping experience.
Rubbish online grocery service. Deliveries frequently delayed and with product substitutions that make no sense in my last order, I purchased a packet of pasta and it was replaced with tomato chutney. When calling customer service to chase my order, they couldn’t get hold of the store manager to get adequate updates. Very disappointed considering they have some of the highest delivery fees - even Waitrose charges less to deliver!
nI had a wonderful experience at Tesco Extra, Ocotal Way today, thanks to Ms Norma. She was very friendly, pleasant, and extremely helpful.nI urgently needed 10 packs of puff pastry rolls, but the shelf was completely empty. I initially asked another staff member and was advised to come back the next morning. However, Norma went above and beyond — she took the time to check the fridge store twice to help me find what I needed.nI was so relieved, as I couldn’t find puff pastry anywhere else. Norma’s dedication, patience, and willingness to help truly made a difference. She is genuinely an asset to the store, and Tesco is very lucky to have her.nThank you, Norma, for your outstanding customer service!
