We booked the day before and was told that the 10am session was a quiet one and less busy than the 1pm slot. Wow, what a noise when we got there, a couple of parties and loads of kids and parents. But there was enough seating and plenty of room for the kids to play in. 2 hours is enough. We had a drink and a bar of chocolate but the meals jacket potatoes did seem better value. No trouble parking and at £4:95 it is good value. We will come back.
It's great for the kids but this time of year December if you're an adult sat at the tables you will want to keep your coat on as it can get very cold. The children don't notice as they are busy running around playing enjoying themselves. Also you have to spend at least £3.50 when buying drinks etc. to be able to pay by card!
Came here a couple of days ago the lady was rather abrupt in her manner. We went to the toilet twice wilest here my daughter is 4 to find that men are using the same toilets as us I assumed they just hadn't checked the door sign so upon making the staff aware she told me "they are Family toilets" and that they have now closed the men's off. There is no sign mentioning it is a "family toilet" and these men are not in my family. Would of been nice to been made aware of this before hand. Maybe also reconsider training staff in customer services.
Have booked a few parties here, everyone has always had a good time. Food is good, there's enough choice for everyone. Staff are always very helpful and polite. The Quasar party was particularly good fun, even for those who had never played before it was easy to play and enjoyable. Smiles all round.

Used to come here quite a bit but started to realise how disgustingly dirty it is and how unwelcoming the staff are. They all look miserable to be at work and do not make an effort to make a nice atmosphere for the children. Since covid I was under the impression there are slots for them to clean in between but it’s VILE in there. Definitely won’t be returning after our last visit.
not impressed with this place. I called up earlier today about 1pm to check if they were open to be told yes until 3 and then 3:30-5:30. we turned up with my 3 year old son to play for the afternoon at about 4 to find them closed. thank you very much for an afternoon of tears and tantrums just what I wanted today
Popped in here whilst we were here for a few days on holiday, have a one year old and was a great place for her to crawl off some steam ! Lovely staff too
Went today for my nieces birthday party, the staff were incredibly unwelcoming and rude. They didn’t seem to care about making it a fun experience for the kids going there for exactly that, fun. Overall myself and my family were incredibly disappointed by the staff who were clearly not child friendly, only giving 2 stars because my niece enjoyed running around playing with her friends and going on the slides.
Really dirty. Just cleaned a high chair and the wipe was black. Disgusting! The whole place is filthy. Staff are unfriendly. Not a nice atmosphere at all.
