Brought my daughter here as it was a rainy day on arrival the carpark has enough spaces out the front for around 8 cars. We entered the building sign in and pay the build is very spacious but very very cold. The play areas are not clean and a lot.of the dirt looks like it's been there a while. Some of the climbing areas have been broken and there is a part near the pink octopus where the flooring feels like it's coming away.nThe toilets was not clean tissue and dirty toilets.nI don't think we will be returning unless the place is cleaned and repairs are made.
We booked the day before and was told that the 10am session was a quiet one and less busy than the 1pm slot. Wow, what a noise when we got there, a couple of parties and loads of kids and parents. But there was enough seating and plenty of room for the kids to play in. 2 hours is enough. We had a drink and a bar of chocolate but the meals jacket potatoes did seem better value. No trouble parking and at £4:95 it is good value. We will come back.
Great value for money. Children are £6 per child. Adults are only £1 per adult. Food is very good value for money, it is a decent portion size. The playpark itself has lots of bits for the kids and adults to run and crawl through. I definitely would recommend this to a friend.
My nephews birthday party ruined, staff member in tears because of balloons and the work load. Food over 35 minutes behind schedule and the only reimbursement they offer is 15 minutes extra time to eat cake and clear the room... impossible and £15 in credit for this place.... awful do not recommend...
Booked a double birthday party. The experience was an absolute joke. Rang in advance to be told we could only arrive 10 mins early to set up despite the room being empty. Told the food would be served to the children at 14.00 and we were still waiting at 14.20 for it to appear. The party host if you would call her that walked in and walked out as she has a phobia to ballon’s. Career change may be beneficial. 5 mins before we are due to vacate the room and the birthday cake still hasn’t turned up. Oh and as an apology they said we could have an extra 15 mins to clean the whole room up and get out…… The place is an a joke. Take my advice and keep well clear. A never to return very dissapointed customer.
