Play Planet Hereford

Play planet provides the best indoor soft play in Hereford, by quite some distance. The play structures are impressive, varied, and fun. The staff are all friendly and are always willing to help. Impressively, the play structures themselves are maintained to a very good hyegene standard. The food and drink choices, both hot and cold, are great, and what you would expect from a place that caters to children.

This is a great soft play my daughter loved it ...only thing I mention is there were older children at least 11 or 12playing in areas for ubder 5's and were jumping and running too fast. I was sitting nearby and a number of times they nearly ran into me. I don't think staff monitor what the children are doing well enough and I can see an accident happening in the future

Hello, good area for child for play, good service from workers. Advise for child visit second flow for play. Your child will be happy. Minus: 1. very cold inside on the winter time, no heater. 2. many child coming with flu and coughing.

What a brilliant find. We tried out Tiny Town upstairs with 2 18 month olds and then explored the soft play which they loved! Not as much for very littles to do in the soft play area but they were so happy scrambling and going down the slide, not much else needed!

This is a great place to bring your children. The soft play is split into two parts, which is great for the very young, and the second part for the slightly old, and more adventurous child. There is also an outdoor play area,with seating. Plus the restaurant have a good selection for children and adults. The Coffee is very good.

Tried coming here once, I took my son and he ran a bit too fast in the playing area. Instead of telling him off or notifying me, they had shot him several times in the chest. 10/10

Wow!! This place is amazing I had my daughter's first birthday there all the kids and adults loved it And the staff were very helpful

Son had his 6th birthday party last month, Megan party leader was really helpful , lots of sweaty happy children partying at last. Jelly went down well, lots of squash for kids to drink aswell.

Since the management change this place had improved immensely! It is clean, tidy and every single staff member are fun, friendly, happy and helpful and go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Birthday parties here are great fun for kids of all ages. They've just had a new slide installed too which has been a big hit with kids and adults! Highly recommended visiting.

Both our 4 year old grandchildren had a fantastic 2 hours ..just £12 for 4 persons to enter...looked a decent cafe..we only had coffee so can't comment on food..plenty of climbing frames..slides..etc ...larger than any in cwmbran and newport...we travelled uo and back by train ...gave them a train ride too...easy 15mins walk fro rail station to play planet...on way back called into the restaurant in morrisons by the station ...that was really good value too
