Possibly the best indoor pool I have used in decades. The water was he ideal temperature 27°C and it's easy to pace out a mile in long 50m lengths. Too many pools are too warm which I find discouraging. I'm only an occasional visitor and the entry cost here is lower - so good value for money. Oh, and he staff are really nice too.
I like to spend my time here and feel health! There are 3 gyms, different swimming pools, spa rooms etc. I think hygiene is good, I generally find places clean there. I’ll keep going there, and would suggest it to my friends.
Great 50m pool with good facilities. The cafe is very average. Shame there is limited healthy snacks.
The pools, changing rooms are clean, staff was helpful and friendly - having issue with my apps and my local pool couldn't fix it for weeks and not helpful and staff in Manchester aquatics center helpful, friendly and fixed it instantly. Was shame it seems the 50m pool only had limited slot.in the AM/PM only, I was after it but only managed to seim on thr 25m on my first visit.
Great pool- especially when the 50m lanes are in use. No plastic drinks bottles in the cafe When I asked the manager for a high chair I got a prompt response and a high chair appeared shortly afterwards. Only £1 to park in NCP with a validated carpark ticket- what is there not to like!
Love going here, I'm part of COMAST so go every morning and some afternoons, it's always clean and tidy, both main pools are lovely and clean and well kept, loads of toilets and Lots of big changing rooms, lots of lockers and very accommodating life guards
Fantastic place. High spec equipment, everything clean and sterilised. Comes with the trade off of them using a fair amount of chlorine in the pool and jacuzzi. Best to scrub with soap after use and rub lots of lotion in to keep skin hydrated. Overall fantastic establishment, very well kept, surprising organizational efficiency of the staff considering the size and scope. Regular classes and teams e.g diving. Great location- City centre.
Only 3 stars because the changing area is awful. The engineer who designed it should be removed from the profession! There are only !!! 3 !!! cubicles with showers. Furthermore, the lockers are in a gender-mixed area. How am I supposed to go from the shower to the locker naked? There's no way; I can only go while wearing my swimsuit again! But then, what was the point of taking a shower before this? There are well-known established design solutions for changing areas in swimming pools. Why should somebody reinvent the wheel?
Absolutely disgusting . Got a veruca after visiting . Hygiene obviously isnt important. Changing rooms minging . Lockers dont work . Staff rude and the pool itself is disgusting and full of bits and rubbish . So foggy
Nice swimming pool, i had fun and there was a nice play area that my brother enjoyed. By the end of the swim my brother had lernt the basics of how to swim on his own and had fun. In the deep pool it was nice as it allowed for a relaxing swim. Will come back again
