With over 30 years experience in fine men’s tailoring, it is our aim to offer a quality bespoke service by sourcing only the best cloths and linings from the worlds leading cloth merchant. Hired my wedding attire for my best man & me from Platts.Superb service nothing was no trouble. Having booked and picked suits before lockdown, it was no trouble in moving to new date. The suits and shoes were excellent quality. If your looking for formal hire then I’d recommend Platts.

Hired three suits for my wedding in September.  Very professional and helpful service.  Suits were ready in plenty of time beforehand which was lucky as one of the shirts was too big but they swapped it straight away.  Highly recommended.

We are hiring formal matching suits for the Grooms wedding party. Excellent service and attention to detail, nothing was too much trouble. Top marks to Jamie who has gone above and beyond to fit me in the same suit, as I am a big unit and 30 years older than the others. He has made the whole experience pleasant and smooth. Would highly recommend without hesitation

Hired all of the suits for my wedding through Platts and cannot praise their service highly enough. I wanted to wear a morning suit and this was one of only a few places that had a range of options for this style of suit, and certainly the only place that would allow for alterations to be made on a rental. They were extremely communicative and flexible with my groomsmen coming in at separate times to try suits on as they all lived around the country. They were also able to tailor one of the suits to a woman in my wedding party which looked excellent. I was extremely comfortable in my suit and loved the way that it looked.

I bought my own suit and hired my groomsmans suits from Platts for my wedding this summer and they were fantastic throughout. Jamie was extremely accomadating for my requests - he went above and beyond for my waistcoat request and was always on hand to give advice. The suits and shoes were excellent quality. I would definitely recommend hiring and buying formal wear from Platts. They made the whole process stress free and always put my mind at ease - highly organised regarding dates and payments. Overall, excellent service and quality.

Absolutely first class service. Fitted me and two groomsmen out for my wedding. Tailoring service was fast and accurate. They couldn’t do enough to accommodate all of our requests. Highly recommended! Thanks Platts!

Bought my wedding suits from Platts, Jamie went above and beyond to get us all sorted and I can’t thank him enough. Great service and would recommend to anyone.

Very friendly staff. We were made to feel at ease while my sons tried on a suit. The lady helping knew exactly what she wad doing and made the whole process much easier. Would definitely recommend

Excellent service received from Jamie and the staff throughout. I was able to contact Jamie at all times regarding my order for the wedding and he was always happy to help. He was transparent throughout and open about possible concerns with shoe's not arriving and put an alternative plan in place. Suits all fitted great and were ready in good time before the wedding with all items being correct.

Completely ignored the initial online request for a weekend fitting slot and offered a weekday AM slot, then proceeded to ignore my email response asking for a weekend appointment. Haven't been in store, might be nice, looks good online but unfortunately appalling customer service so I won't be heading in to find out.
