I've used this branch several times and I have always been very impressed with the service, I feel bad it's taken me this long to leave a review!  My most recent interaction was regarding an exchange and it couldn't have been an easier or more pleasant experience.  Thank you Terina.

Bought an item as a gift, it arrived plastered with argos' admin stickers that are impossible to remove. Such a shame.  Other than that seems a usual good store, items, prices, staff etc. Just wish they valued the items they sell too.

I purchased a small fridge on Christmas Eve.  Stuart dealt with my purchase, he was absolutely brilliant.  He wheeled it to the car and helped put it in the boot.  Customer service above and beyond.

Delivery of 3 section indoor ladder on time and in good condition.

Our Ebay parcel said delivered but didn't have a code to be picked up so I rang Argos and explained the situation the lady on the phone was polite and helpful sorting the problem out immediately. Very good customer service.

Very quick service and pleasant helpful staff

Ordered & paid for an item for collection next day. Number on the outside was right but the item in the box was different and had its own number. Ordered a replacement to swap them the next day. It didn't arrive. No notification, had to go into my online accounts and orders to just see an update message that the date had changed. Not in stock anywhere near me. Cancelled everything and got the same item off amazon next day for a pound less. Argos just gets worse.. if you're going make it prepay only then get it right.

Ordered a wifi dongle £9.99 on internet. Received confirmation within seconds by E mail. Collected with time spent in-store less than 5 minutes including friendly service and up and running on desktop pc within just over an hour from ordering. Great Service. Thank you.

Very friendly and professional staff. Went to collect the item from store. Sorted out with in 5 minutes. Also store have been changed to make covid secure. Happy with the service.
