I’d give it zero if I could. Waiting nearly 2 hours for pizza, said we would pick it up to save them coming out as it’s busy. Our food was given to the wrong person, so had to wait again. When we got the pizza home, one was missing and had given us a garlic bread instead. When we rang to tell them, they said well you have to pick it up we are too busy to deliver. No apology, nothing. Will never order from again
Always great food. Always a laugh. They even stayedopen 20 mins after their official closing time and done me some food.Food: 5/5
Worse experience with planet pizza. We ordered 2 of the planet special kebab and stated clearly no peppers on one because of an allergy. So when it arrives we have peppers on both and mouldy pitta bread. So they brought fresh meal 40 mins later with no salad or naan which was ordered originally and it was plain. We didn't get an apology from owner only the lady on phone well they have lost our custom and will not recommend them to anyone
Went today had to wait over half hour for food young lady at the till needs a lesson on how to speak to people who are paying customers very snotty. We got the order home hot dogs were rock solid. My cofta I paid a fiver for was pathetic also raw at one end. Brown salad eeewwww in all not very good experience will not be going back ever. my advise give it a miss

Disgraceful customer service. Just called here to place an order and waited for the girl on the counter to take a phone order for £32.50. we were waiting for a good five minutes finally the jumbo phone order was taken and we were ready to place our order when the phone rang again. Unbelievably she chose to answer that rather than serve us who were there in person patiently waiting to place an order. I looked at her and said "You're joking?" She wasn't, she was taking the order so we walked out and went elsewhere. Why would you ignore customers in the shop who have been waiting ? Unbelievable.
We have had pizza from here before and they were delicious. Tonight ordered the same and they were disgusting. It was as though the base has been warmed up. I dont know whether it is under new ownership but I will not be ordering from here again. They need to buck their ideas up. I would sooner pay the extra and get it from Domino's.
100% recommended!! Love this place we normally order some food on Saturday and this place is definitely the best option when we want pizza or kebab! My order always looks delicious and fresh , stuffs are friendly and easy to order by phone.
