Great experience. Skilled technicians who did the design exactly as I asked. Took feedback to adjust colour/shape slightly with no issues. Friendly and worked quickly. I'm usually terrible at chipping my shellac but it's stayed put for 4 weeks! But more than I normally pay but l things considered definitely worth it.
I forget to post my Christmas nails last year! I’m a regular here and can’t praise how well they do your nails!! Always a great job.
Planet nails is a very nice looking, clean and fresh nail bar. It was quiet when I visited at 5pmish midweek. Staff were friendly but could have been more helpful when I was choosing a nail colour. I showed staff a pic but the colour suggested, I had to reject when it was painted onto my nail. I got a file and polish which cost £12.

Overall ok experience. Kind of felt rushed. My appointment was 30 minutes from start to finish. No nail prep or cuticle prep done on my nails before the dip powder was applied. Which is a huge no no for me. Cuticle oil was swiped on half of my nail at the end and not even rubbed in I had to do that myself. Over all overpriced for the service I received.Services: Dip powder

I didn’t want my toenails painted or cuticles but wanted the hard skin taken off. 10 minutes later she charged me £30! And she scorched my foot with the hot water I’m left with a blister.Service: Pedicure
