Spent over £100 on a mani & pedi for me and my husband as a treat. The pedicures were ok but the manicures were awful. We didn't get to sit together, hubby was left with dirt still under his nails. My nail tech cut my finger and made me bleed, then used acetone to clean it. The paint job was poor, so much flooding all the nails lifted - poor effort. Photos attached are from within 24h of the appointment. Tried to reach out privately to express my unhappiness - twice I contacted them - no reply. What a sad waste of money. Absolutely won't return.
COME TO THIS SALON!!! I searched this place on google and needed a manicure before the Taylor swift concert. They took me as a walk in appointment and had me in a seat in less than 5 minutes. Maisie was my nail tech and she was so sweet!! She didn’t bat an eye when I asked for each nail to be a different color. She offered suggestions and helped me pick sparkles. Can’t thank these ladies enough for making me feel so welcome in their spa. Definitely worth a visit.
I recently visited for a manicure and pedicure, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! From the moment I walked in, the salon had such a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere, with soft music and a clean, well-organised space. My nail technician, was not only friendly but also incredibly skilled. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and offered helpful suggestions based on my nail type and style. The selection of colors and nail designs was fantastic—I felt spoiled for choice!
CUT MY FOOT. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! I’m absolutely fuming. Booked a pedicure and callus treatment. Pedicure needed to charge extra which was fine as I added shellac but the callus and dead skin removal is HORRIFIC. I told them to be gentle with the procedure and was completely ignored and soaked my feet back into the basin. I didn’t notice the cuts when I was at the salon as there was no initial stinging sensation or blood probably because I had my foot soaked in the water however as the day past and I came home, I noticed a sharp pain and blood in my shower there’s a massive cut across my whole foot from the blade they used to remove dead skin. I’m horrified and I’m in pain. I really wanted to like this place but this isn’t worth spending a single dime on, even the nails weren’t painted properly. Disgusting.
Sangita is absolutely adorable and gave me the best manicure with so many lovely conversations. It was like chatting with a long time friend who also knows a whole lot about nails. I'll go back soon :
I happened to walk into this place by chance whilst I was in Camden but I’d only visit this beautiful salon for all my treatments from now on! The friendliest staff with the biggest personalities. Everyone that was involved in my treatment was super nice. The place has a great atmosphere and was super clean. Thank you to you all!! And see you again next month!
I go to this salon for my laser, it has been a few months now, and the staff are absolutely AMAZING, every single one of them, aside from a great result with my treatment, I had to bring my baby with me to the appointments and they looked after her with no problem. I also had a great customer service when it came to appointments and flexibility. I’m truly impressed and definitely a long term customer. Thank you so much for everything ladies
I didn't expect my first manicure experience was in the UK! The manicurists here are so patient and lovely, I asked for a yin-yang symbol on my thumb, and she immediately painted it for me! Even added cute jams Have a great time at Camden Beauty Shop!
I’ve been coming here for just under a year now and I’m thrilled with the service I’ve received. I’ve had 8 sessions of laser hair removal on my arms and I haven't thought about shaving for months gel is cold and uncomfortable! I had the sixth session today for Laser hair removal, very happy with the results so far, looking forward for my next session. The reception and all staff is very friendly and helpful. Really recommend this place
