Awesome club, facilities and most importantly people, the instructors Howard and Karen are great and they promote a really good club vibe. I confidently recommend visiting whatever your level of fitness or combat experience, you will definitely be made felt welcomed.
I'm really disappointed as took my daughter here on Monday for the first time. She suffers with anxiety so thought this would help. At first the teacher was helpful but then asked everyone to pair up. My daughter was left on her own and didn't know anyone. The teacher did not take any notice of her standing on her own. My daughter got herself so worked up that we had to leave, again no acknowledgement. I'm very disappointed and shall not be returning
