Worst experience ever, i asked for 2 shades of blonde high lites with one being a darker blonde, i got a brown colour which missed alot of roots so it just looked like i had left my roots to grow out for about 6 months, it was absolutely horrendous, i sent picures and a video to the salon and asked them to fix it, when i went back to the salon you could cut the atmosphere with a knife, so unprofessional, and they had the cheek to ask me for more money, the service all round is bad, i waited 40 minutes one day and had to leave ,then i came back and waited another 20 minutes . I also got eyelash extensions and loads came out the next day ,i had to go back then too, never again, I'll stick to glasgow city centre where i know I'll be treated with respect. 1 star has been given only as it wont let me give 0 stars . Yvonne was excellent at doing colours, but she left what a pity, i loved my hair when she done the 2 shades of blonde, she knew her stuff.
Took my niece to have her eyebrows shaped and tinted as wee treat before starting school. She is so nervous and has zero confidence but after this morning feels amazing. Natalie made her feel so comfortable, and brows are beautiful, thank you.
Great team of girls, always do a grand job
All staff are exceptional, they are 100% professional. I request Nicole as my hair stylist, she always listens to what you would like and offers honest advice. I'd definitely recommend.
The girls and store was amazing very friendly always offer a tea or coffee I'd go any time for make up and my hair done I cannot praise them high enough
