The best clinic to go for especially for your eyebrows to get done. Linda is a very well presented professional, puts you at ease and explains the procedure done and have a good laugh and chat with you. Would recommend Linda to anyone! Been to Linda a few times and wouldn’t ever go anywhere else.

Absolutely appalling customer service! Stay well clear !! I spent £299 on a Wowcher to be told by the owner she was off sick but could see she had been at work for the day before on her Facebook page and I that she didn’t know when she’d return. Very convenient. She quickly removed reviews section from Facebook. I should of taken note of another customer review who had issues with her. Then her husband started on the client. I was threatened by her. I own a similar business and I would have no business if I treated my clients like that. Clearly cashed in during Covid and now does t wish to let people use their Wowchers. She’s unprofessional and actually pleased I didn’t let her touch my face. She’s nasty & rude

Linda is a true professional who has invested heavily in her own training to enhance her clinic.  She has a great personality and works really hard and tries her best to accommodate, I had some CACI treatments to lift my facial skin and I got my lip liner tattooed.  She also gave my stepdaughter a microdermabrasion which sorted out her bad skin.  I would recommend Linda at Avant Aesthetics to anyone.  5/5

terrible avoid at all cost.................inflated price list paid the same as clinic price list for semi perm. makeup as discounted voucher i had bought foolishly thinking i was getting a bargain although wait for it said printed price list was wrong. Asked for my compulsory £50 top up fee demanded at same time as first treatment  although to be done 4 wks later. To be refunded, which i did get back. After some very rude emails from Husband/ "Director" of who I thought I was speaking  with ie the lady that done the treatment as per her name on email address

Total con . This is the norm for this company Saw this in someone else’s page who had same issues as many others.  Be careful buying vouchers for products and services. bought a voucher from a discount website in good faith and waited weeks for an appointment, went in, had the numbing cream put on and then was presented with the usual medical paperwork and terms and conditions to sign. It was at this point I noticed that it said I MUST purchase a top-up. I’ve been getting my brows done for 6 years now. I told the business-owner I did not require a top-up and showed her the voucher which says nothing about this being obligatory. The wording on the voucher says ‘£50 surcharge to top-up’. See photo. This suggests that it is not essential. The business-owner said this was a mistake on the website. She then went on to say that she couldn’t possibly do my brows now as she would ‘only make about thirty quid’. I am absolutely disgusted. What appalling customer service. Never seen anything like it. So, because I was mis-sold a service and mis-led as a customer, I get the raw deal? The voucher is still being sold online and still has the same wording now, so be careful ladies! I felt completely duped last night.  AVOID AVOID AVOID

We had a fantastic experience at avant aesthetics. Linda was honest and definitely knows her profession. Would highly recommend and we re-booked our next appointment straight away x

Been attending Linda now almost 3 years, she puts you at ease, and explains procedures well. You also get a wee laugh and a good conversation with her, would highly recommend.

Linda is professional, friendly and knowledgable. I have had semi permanent make-up brows and they look great!
