Posted on behalf of the poor chicken who's life was wasted on the worst kebab ever. My wife ordered this over the phone for collection, asking for extra peppers. This somehow got understood as NO peppers. The chicken was dry, the pitta bread dried out and the cheapeast supermarket fare. Sadly, this used to be a good place. Whether the management changed or it just decided to cut the expense to the minimum, it's now quite the pit. Your feet stick to the floor walking to the desk... avoid at all costs: there are plenty of other places far better.
Waited 2 hours! for bearly warm food! no garlic mayonnaise on my kebab! I'm so angry!! No apologies from any staff who lied when I called to inquire about my food I do not recommend anyone buying food here If I could give minus 1star I would Does not deserve the 1 star I have to put here
We use Plan It via the Just-Eat app. Lovely pizzas and kebabs. Excellent service, and friendly delivery staff. I have used the takeaway in person, and have always found the customer service good. Also worth noting, this little local operation is prepared to deliver to out lying areas such as Portland, Portesham and Abbotsbury. The local multinational Pizza company won't.
It's prom night and me and my friend got home, ordered pizza at one in the morning, along with two burgers, the service was quick and the delivery guy was extremely kind, we opened up the bag and they threw in an extra chips, chocolate cake and onion rings for free, really happy with the service
Horrible,disgusting, rubbish customer service... our food was cold, undercooked, inedible and binned, I've had better meals I could put in the microwave... half the food I wouldn't feed to my dog, even cold... apparently from here you order a pizza to cook it yourself... manager needs to learn some manners towards paying customers, luckily just-eat are nice enough to try and resolve our issues. Only order from here if you want to fed disappointed, like when you go to eat a chocolate chip coolie then find out its raisins!!
Best in weymouth. Kebabs and pizzas are spot on from here hands down beats the other takeaway pizza places . Really nice staff too. Always look forward to a takeaway treat from here.
I never write reviews but this place was that bad I decided to take the time to log into my account just to say that it was terrible! £7 for a tiny kebab the size of my hand absolutely smothered in chilli sauce!? Book your ideas up you idiot
Absolutely fuming at the poor customer service we've received tonight, food was over an hour late and cold, when I phoned was told to just chuck it in the oven which defeats the point of ordering food, the manager then said there was nothing he could do and was shouting down the phone and hung up on us. Will never order from then again...
Waited over 2 hours for my delivery! Phoned them to see what was going on was told they had been twice but I hadn't answered the door and woman got rude down the phone. Still had no food turn up!!!!
Great food! Cheap for what you get best one around weymouth. And the delivery driver who drives the Vectra car was very friendly. And cute ; good service with a good looking bloke!
