We needed some tent poles repairing so rang PJ and spoke to Phil who said I could get them repaired while I waited as it was a longish drive to St Albans. When I arrived at the shop everybody was very welcoming and they got on with the repair straight away. The shop is really well stocked and competitively priced. Thanks so much to Phil & the team - the repaired poles stood up to high winds and rain very well during our last camping trip
Excellent service. I ordered a couple of moisture absorbing blocks. The next day they messaged me to say they had been despatched. On day 3 they were delivered. Fair price, too!
Just been to this store and was spoken to so rudely by the manager! Will absolutely not be returning to this shop! It seemed like the manager just wanted to start an argument. All because an item said £19.99 but scanned at £32 and we asked if they would honour the price. Clearly that offended her!

We ordered a Quest top of the range canvas tent there. Unfortunately it wasn't on stock despite the description on the website. With extensive actions from James it has been delivered within the said time frame of 4 working days. A second misfortune arrived as the poles came rusted and some bit were missing, refraining us of setting it up in the garden for a check. Taken seriously by Lillie of their customer support, everything has been put in order overnight. We have been delivered with a brand new set of poles, along with all the missing parts pegs are really useful to set it up !!, and the wrong parts being collected at the same time. From a cold start, it has been wonderfully managed in a very short time. Thanks to all, we are now geared for our holidays starting tonight !
I ordered an Air-Beam tent via their website, company looked legit with OK reviews. The following day, the same webpage same URL had been altered to the poled version of the tent. Been contacting them for days only to be told someone will call back, waited over a week for a response only for them to cancel. Ordered here as it was slightly cheaper than world of Camping who subsequently increased their price so missed that option. I will contact Trading Standards, be aware of online scams.
They have everything you need for camping. The staff know their stuff and don’t try to over sell.
Bought an Awning from this company and when inspected at home a pole set was missing. Phoned them and explained the problem 30 mins later they delivered the missing set to our door. Great company. Staff very helpful and polite. The shop is well stocked with everything you need and at good prices. Yes 5 stars.
