Very Unprofessional. I Booked a date, Paid a cash deposit of half of the value of the job. The date came and no one arrived to lay the flooring. I called to find out if the person was running late only to be told that they had been trying to get hold of me because my flooring was out of stock. Untrue. They had my email address my phone number my personal address and i'm on every social media out there. Contacting me should have been an easy 2 minute job. Weak excuses were made, No apology, no sign of guilt or embarrassment about the unprofessional nature of the situation. I Asked for a refund, I was told it would take up to 14 days. If I pay cash I expect a cash refund, I feel 48 hours would have been acceptable, and would never make any of my customers wait 14 days for a refund for an error on my part. I would suggest sourcing an alternative option for flooring. 2 star because he's a friendly guy, but 1 ultimately being friendly isn't what you're being paid for. I couldn't have been less satisfied. with the situation as a whole.

What an excellent business and service. I'm really happy with my new carpets and laminate. From start to finish, fantastic customer service. Responsive, polite, competitive quote and excellent choice with advice. Fitting was stress free with care taken of my home. Pete is an expert at what he does and is so professional and amenable. A very happy customer. I heard great word of mouth reviews. Would recommend.

Fantastic service from Peter and the team. They had a huge range of flooring options, and talked us through the best choices for us. No hard sell at all, and were genuinely interested in ensuring we got exactly what we wanted. The day of the fitting was stress free, and they were professional and courteous throughout. The job was completed all in one afternoon, and they tidied afterwards to leave us with a beautifully finished result. I would use no one else for my future flooring requirements. 5*.

Very very unprofessional I was told my flooring would be completed in two days and had to wait a week for them to come back and do the last room. Bedroom wooden flooring had to be re done as the fitter damaged a lot of the flooring. This was after the 2 guys that turned up had a huge bust up and both walked off site. After the kitchen floor was fitted the guy cut it too short and put a little strip in by the door and damaged the floor when moving the tumble dryer. They have been back twice to try and rectify but will not replace there mistake. No wonder they want full payment before they start as you would never pay the balance if you see the finished product. Very very poor service and will be taking it further.
