By far the worst company I have ever dealt with. We were shown incorrect plans and found a large cupboard had been moved from the hall to the bedroom. Communication is pretty much non existent. We had meeting with site managers who don’t know whether properties are gas or electric. A sales manager that invented her own hot water system. Delays to builds rarely advised about. Even our solicitors have been waiting over a month for a response. If your looking for a smooth purchase buy elsewhere!

Just had a response from Keepmoat solicitors saying it doesn’t really matter what the sales team or site manager says. You can only really go by the initial sales booklet! What a joke!

4 months in and the sales team are just as poor with there communication. We are still finding out lies that we were told by previous sales advisors that have left the company. Sales managers never get back to you when they say they will. There are a couple of plots remaining but avoid them at all cost!
