Absolutely Rank! Never, ever will I be going there again. The only half decent thing was the kebab meat & garlic dip!! Not only was the taste of the food very poor, I ordered my food, waited & waited....someone else came in & ordered then got their food & my order was still not ready!!! I got a sorry from the trainee tiller saying 2 more minutes after 30 minutes wait - order went straight in the bin as half was cold & the taste was bland anyway.
Pizza Uno send text messages automatically to your mobile phone without being able to opt out freely. To opt out you need to message 88802 and NAZQ. Comes up as a charge. So i must now mute the messages when they come through inconveniently. 5/10 pizzas. Sometimes good, fill you up. But many times base is too thick and bready despite ordering a thin crust
Bought food from just eats pizza uno and they didn't have the food so they asked me to cancel and I never received a refund. They are thieves and would recommend no one buys food from them especially from just eats. Really disappointed
Absolutely vile nothing fresh about it it seemed as thou it had been warmed up in microwave the ingredients just slide off the pizza doh , all went in bin including a child’s who loves pizza never again
ordered a 'sausage stuffed crust' pizza, and I got a HOTDOG stuffed pizza, clearly not sausage. I phone to clear the misunderstanding and see if anything can be done and get told I can't tell the difference between a sausage and a hotdog and they can't do anything about it so I will let everyone else here be the judge. I am glad I used up my points on this order because I will not be ordering again.
Ordered a bolenase pizza tonight, was very dry, spent £17.00. Won't be ordering again.
Bad order its every time you get it delivered missing 2 garlic and chilli put the salad in with the kebab meat and chicken so the salad practically cooked hand full of chips and very little kebab rang shop and got attitude saying what you want them to do use to order all the time now a won't be ordering again a take my money else were
Fantastic food, ordered at midnight on a Tuesday and was delivered within 20mins to a hotel, wasn’t expecting much due to time and day but everything was really fresh and delicious everytime I’m in Sunderland I will be choosing these guys
Bargain pizza. I am visiting pizza uno for last 14 years never been let down. They are good, cheap and great taste specially their pizza and paramo. Good deals. I like their chips as well. They are quick, staff is friendly and experienced. I live in Newcastle upon Tyne but still come here when I crave for pizza. I will definitely recommend them.
Awful don't recommend it.I paid on just eat yesterday total rip off charged me twice for one garlic bread came to 50 quid couple pence it's horrendous save your money don't bother going there!!!!
