I recently had a horrifying experience with It's Pizza Time and their manager. We had agreed on a price for their services over the phone and via text, but we arrived to pick them up, the manager demanded double the agreed-upon price and became argumentative and rude when I tried to calmly explain the situation. To make matters worse, he was already an hour and half late as agreed I'll be collecting the pizzas at 1 for a childrens christmas party. When I expressed concern about the delay and the price, the manager made a reprehensible statement, saying "I hope the children who eat this suffer and get sick." I was extremely disappointed and disturbed by the behavior of the manager and would not recommend doing business with It's Pizza Time. The manager's unprofessional and inappropriate conduct was completely unacceptable, and I would be wary of the safety and quality of their food after hearing such a callous comment. I would advise others to avoid this establishment and seek out a more reputable and customer-friendly pizza provider.
I ordered this from Just Eat and I am genuinely horrified by the quality of the food. I ordered a hot dog, chips and drink and ribs. The only thing they had right was the canned drink not the drink I ordered but acceptable. The hot dog isn't really be classed as a hot dog. More like a cocktail sausage in a roll. The chips came soggy/uncooked and the ribs were mostly fat.
Pizza was supposed to be medium size but it was mini size, which is a scam. Although this disappointment, pizza was really tasty.

Disappointing to say the least! Pizza not cooked thoroughly, not cut properly and the cheese seems to be of poor quality in comparison to local pizza takeaways. Will not be coming back here
Thin crust pizza had overcooked crispy cheese topping, but also an undercooked base.

Asked for a medium pizza and was told it's buy one get one free for 7.99 so I was like great! But check out the size of medium. I really wonder what small is. Disappointed with my purchase and will not go again. Although pizza was nice, I feel scammed a bit.
Good customer service and they have created great customer relations.the food is hot and served well.I would recommend the pizza it’s so tasty.
I've been going to this place for almost 15 years since my school days. The pizzas are always on point and taste great every time, toppings are generous. The prices are very reasonable too £7.99 for an extra large pizza, £5.00 on Monday's the staff, notably the owner who is literally UK's own Sharukh Khan are very friendly and great to have a conversation with. Highly recommended!
