Cold food. Not fresh. Hard dry pieces of chicken. The rude man at the counter refused to replace it and said no i cannot heat it.
Ordered a spicy chicken fillet burger chicken fillet with mayo slapped beteen a bun chip cold and Ordered cheese wedges no cheese and the ribs was cold but they where nice and all the food was cold I put the rest of the food in the bin this is my first bad review and I still give 2 stars lazy ‍
I have just bought chicken wings chips and drink around 1pm. I saw the staff warning up the fries that were ready, the chicken smells horrendous, old chicken probably from last night, how dare do they sell this? Even the Pepsi tastes different. I wasted my money, the food was binned, better than having some health problem after.

Disgusting uncooked/undercooked half raw nasty chicken with bloody bits pink meat they csbt clean or cook chicken for burgers properly. Repulsive. Avoid. Horrible food but still a rip off as well. Surprised they're still open. Would like my money back ASAP. Seriously avoid.
At beginning used to be fresh and delicious but this is the second time that we have side effects of eating from here...whatever you are using is not fresh anymore I feel disgusting and all my family members have tummy problems

Went there after work for the first time. I have to say the food was delicious and hot. Don't really comment when it comes to chicken shops but this one is a hidden gem the fries are good and the chicken is amazing.
Boss man started violating me he goes he won’t give me the student deal because I looked older and I needed to show my School ID photo I said I couldn't provide as I never had it on me. He started giving me verbal and started shouting go call the police . Proper bad service would not recommend
