If I could give zero stars I would. Not a great takeaway and will not be using again. Was looking forward to a family treat of 2 pizzas. Asked AND paid for extra chicken on one but not a single piece of chicken on it. Both pizzas were burnt underneath too. For the amount we paid I would have expected alot better than this. Avoid and go to Pizza plus instead much better in my opinion
Food is decent, but the customer service left me with a bad taste. I was at work for a night shift and had decided on a takeaway. I could either head out to the chippy or somewhere to get food or just order in from Pizza Time. I chose the latter. After paying £25 for my meal, I received an email stating that it had been accepted and would arrive in 1 hour approx 11pm. I carried on working and at about midnight I realised my food was still not here. I checked my emails and realised that despite accepting my order, they later emailed me stating that it had been rejected. It was now too late to get food anywhere else and I had to go hungry throughout my entire 12 hour shift. Not only that, but it says that my refund will take 10 days! I've used Pizza Time many times before, but after this I won't be using them ever again sadly. Very unprofessional way to do things, they clearly changed their mind about delivering so late in the night after accepting my order and just rejected it and locked up.
I'm a bit mixed on reviews, as I get great delivery service, but some of their delivery drivers are impolite. Great food, I feel you don't get your moneys worth on extras on pizzas as its way over priced. Either cut your pizza extras prices or give more than youre giving as extras. But tasty food as said nonetheless.

I have lived in Diss for a year now and It’s the first I have had a takeaway from Pizza Time. I would definitely recommend their Southern Fried Chicken n Chips.. Ready in minutes. Tasted like REAL chicken. Friendly Staff. Would definitely go there again ….. Val
Not always great service, usually get a large donner kebab that comes as if it’s a small kebab, always ask for extra sauce but never get any, prices always vary when we get the same stuff every time, this time we ordered just a pizza at half three pizza turned up at like half four and was barely even warm when we called to say it was barely warm the guy on the phone said it was a piping hot pizza and just took it out the oven so would still be piping hot as we are down the road, reallly not impressed with the service tbh
1hr and 45 mins wait for food to arrive, it came cold and chicken very dry, part of the order was missing and they sent the wrong drink!
Don’t order! Always spend money on food that always comes with wrong toppings can’t be bother to ring up and complain because they always insist it my fault. Can’t even managed the right toppings on a simple pizza
Great bunch of guys work here, food is always delivered piping hot and super quick. Never had a problem , food really is outstanding
Ordered food, it arrived, rather dry, we did order drinks, they didn't arrive, we called restaurant, said they'll relideliver, an hour later, still no drinks, will not be going back
