Great value, lovely food, better to collect. Delivery service went wrong and took a couple of hours to correct. Staff put a lot of effort into getting it right.
Would not order from here again! Our pizzas were barely warm when they arrived. They were dry with no pizza sauce at all and some of the toppings were missing. I've never had a dry bolognese pizza before but somehow they managed it. Awful!
Had to wait 2 and a half hrs for 3 burgers to be delivered. Appalling service, food wasn't much good but we were hungry. Only consolation was getting it for half price after harshly complaining. This is the polite version of this review because I probably can't say what i really think. Simply terrible and will not be ordering from there again. Had to give it one star because I don't think it goes any lower. AVOID AVOID AVOID
charge £8 a bottle of wine when it’s from morrisons and it’s only £6 at morrisons or 2 for £10!
Turned up to collect an order after the 30 minutes suggested wait time. After 20 minutes was getting a bit annoyed a member of staff started explaining how they were having trouble with their ovens. I would have preferred to be told this from the start but these things happen, I was offered a discount and some free cake for the kids. Excellent example of how good customer service goes a long way. The food, as always, was great and I will be back very soon.
I wouldn’t have high expectations of wine from a takeaway in selby but selling low alcohol wine as standard wine for £7 doesn’t seem fair and then refusing to refund
The food is always delicious. Service is always with a smile. Very reasonably priced and delivery is an option if you don't fancy fetching food yourself
We ordered some food for delivery tonight and it was fantastic . We ordered 2 pizzas and chips and some extra doner meat and it was all delivered within the hour and piping hot . Because we ordered over a certain amount we got a free cheese and tomato garlic bread too . A special thank you to Amy who took our order and we’ve rang back and thanked her . Well done Pizza Thyme we’ve really enjoyed our takeaway . Thank you
Order food this evening. A family bucket, onion rings and fizzy orange. Waited patientally for over an hour and a half as it's Friday night and know it can be busy. After that I rang up to check on the delivery. In the background I could hear some confusion which was fine as they said the food was coming. The food arrived and once I opened it upstairs, the food was soggy and cold. They brought Pepsi as the drink also. I rang to explain the situation and it felt like the lady wasn't really listening and was questioning the authenticity of the takeaway quality. She asked us how much of the chips and onion ring and chicken we had eaten. We were honest, we had an onion ring and a piece of chicken for what was edible . The replacement came 40 minutes later. The chips were good and warm and so was the chicken. But no onion rings and the chicken was still very bad quality. In the past I've had good experience but this has turned me off now.
Ordered a couple of pizza's and fries to be delivered and was informed it would be 45mins. It took over 1hr 25mins to be delivered, and when it finally arrived everything was cold.
