The staff who take the orders at the drive through are generally pleasant and customer friendly, it all goes wrong from there onwards food is cold, incorrect, and some of the management need training in customer service, especially if you confront them. Check your order and check its hot, cooked food not bin fodder. Always the same when you order never any milkshakes and that phrase " can you park up" no matter how large or small the order is. Think it needs a shake up and some investment as well as some internal investigation by Mcdonalds.
Regularly miss half of your order off and often ignore any customisation requests. Food is always warm though and arrives quicklyFood: 3/5
When you order a 5 piece chicken select meal I expect to get what I paid for. The staff need to learn how to count. 4 pieces and cold undercooked chips disgusting won't be going back there
Have had hair in my food three times now. Complained last visit as none of the femail staff were wearing their hair nets even two of them working with preparing the food had hair down their backs and shoulders... Discussting when they are preparing our food, no wonder there was hair in it yet again...... Food: 2/5
Only ordered 2 McFlurrys and it took over 15mins to get my order. The Staff seemed more interested in getting the Just Eat orders out rather than the customers in the restaurantFood: 3/5
3 years on, review remains the same. Impersonal service as usual but silly place to put a McDonalds resulting in terrible traffic issues at busy times affecting the whole area around 3 Lakes. Service is usually slow if you order anything that's not in whatever classes as the 'usual' orders. I.e. don't order any 'specials' if you've not got 20 mins to wait.
It's improved over the last few years, has some extremely busy times like Sunday lunch. They had 16 orders waiting today, plenty of staff just volume of people over a small time frame. Food was good and correct, definitely improved.Food: 4/5
The consistency of the Selby McDonald's to let customers down with missing items in large orders remains. This time it was fries missing from my order. Do any of these negative reviews actually get read by managers I wonder because nothing seem to change for the good does it. Uber drivers can be blamed for late deliveries especially when it's busy yes but it's not these drivers looking at a screen and putting the order together is it. Clearly McDonald's will settle for poor customer service.
We frequently visit this McDonald's after swimming and the service is soo slow. Took almost 25 mins for the food to be served tonight 7pm and most of it was cold. Orders were backing up under the heat lamps but no one was doing anything about it, staff going at snails pace. McDonald's head office really need to investigate branches such as this one as the service really let's it down and gives it a bad name. I'm sure 25 mins an order can't be expected service levels?
Live locally and it’s probs one of the worst macdonalds for service, it takes so long for them to produce your order no matter how small it is “ the common phrase, when you get to the 2nd window is, Can you park up please!” Unfortunately there isn’t another in the vicinity otherwise I wouldn’t come here And the worst aspect is after you’ve parked up and waited for a double cheeseburger, it isn’t even warm never mind hot Avoid if you can!!!!!!! Better yet get a takeaway pizza at least it’s not cold Parking: Expect to park up after every order placed and Join the queue for cold food
