Gone downhill Since the ownership has changed. i was a regular customer until recently when I was annoyed with the hygiene. I found hair in my pizza and they had taken my order incorrect. The best part was that they told me that they under charged me but maybe they had forgot to add a service charge for The hair in the pizza. I always heard that the standards had dropped but I gave them the benefit. Avoid at all costs. If you don't believe me then by all means go and experience pizza pizza but don't forget to pay the service charge for the personal hygiene(sorry I mean hair). One final thing don't get me started on the level of service, before the order the service is immaculate but far from it once you have paid for your order

Ordered the pizza and went downstairs to collect it I paid the man and went back to my flat to eat it when I started to scoff it I noticed a bogey on the topping I was so disgusted and shocked I spat out the pizza and started heaving im never ordering a take out from anywhere let alone from here again.

Never order again from pizza pizza worst experience I have ever had!! I requested no onions due to my being allergic to them (the out come of which would be fatal) the pizza was full and covered with onions, when I called up in regards to it they tried to say we hadn't made such a request (I.e no onions)this a lie and after that the man on the phone said ' what do you want me to do about it' not helpful at all and bad service and also half way thru the conversation they just left the phone on the side and stopped talking so I had to call back not Evan worth half a star

very impressed fair play, went here for the first time yesterday and it was a lot better than I expected, I collected an XL pizza and it was only £8.99. I'd recommend trying it to anyone, you won't be disappointed.
