Nice restaurant that cater for omnivores and vegans..  With 6 starters, 32 mains, plus sides and sundries including things like cheezy nan breads, it has to be the best vegan menu in the whole of Gloucestershire. Great food that good value for money, discounts of up to 25% during the week if take out orders are collected. The staff are friendly and to be honest there's no need to say more.

Lovely thalis very friendly service always consistent food really worth having the 6 or 10 piece thali you never know what you are going to get but it is always delicious rather than having one thing to eat, hidden gem in Gloucester

Quite simply the best Indian restaurant/takeaway in Gloucester (and I've tried a lot!). Friendly service too 🙂

I visited this restaurant on the 31st October 2017 with my fiancé. I ordered a vegetarian dish "butter paneer" and discovered chicken in the food. After asking the waiter if I was indeed correct and it was chicken he said yes, that he thought chicken would be nice with it too. I'm a very strict vegetarian and was deeply distressed with this. I explained to the gentleman about my views on meat and how he cannot simply serve meat to consumers and told him I could have had a serious allergy to chicken and he told me I should have specified that I didn't want meat added (to the vegetarian dish) if I was allergic to meat. Of course that in itself was troubling but when we left, and after we refused to pay for that particular dish (the waiter being execpetionally rude after we explained why we wouldn't pay) we took the pieces of meat home with us for our dog and he came and asked me for them back as he wanted to "reuse them". I, horrified told him I'd been eating from that plate before I discovered the chicken pieces mixed in and telling him he couldn't re-use the meat, he told me he could do what he wanted and serve what he liked, re-used or not, to his customers. Shocking!
