My favourite pizza place! They make the nicest pizza, portions are more than enough and we always have leftovers The guys who work here are some of the nicest people I've ever met! I come here every week they are that good Thank you so much guys for being so amazing

Lots of mixed reviews but take it from someone regular and local. Great portion size and good value for money all round. Staff are friendly and I personally get on with them really well. Good selection of food and it hits the spot every time.

food was massively late..and cold. and as soggy as a dog on a wet Wednesday.. staff didn't care. offered me a free bottle of drink to go with my cold food. used to be a regular customer.. from now on I will be going elsewhere.. like kings chip shop on Belgrave boulevard.. now that's a proper food establishment. unlike pizza palace

The staff were extremely rude over the phone and I am appalled at the service.After being two hours late we called and asked how much longer our food would be they said that they have cancelled our order as they could not find us they were not apologetic at all and their service over the phone was disgraceful. We did not even end up with our pizza and are definitely never ordering from here again.

Extremely rude and unfriendly staff. Have placed a few orders here and on two occasions requested cheesy chips to be prepared and ready for collection. Both times the orders not been prepared and been told that they are too busy and don't need me for their business- very shocked at the response. Especially after being told it's not a problem. Request for chips to be ready is so my two year old who loves cheesy chips can tuck in almost immediately when cheese has melted and they're not PIPING HOT!. POOR SERVICE. WOULD not recommend and it's very good for them they don't need me (a customer) Thank goodness for the Abbey Fryer a few steps along! As soon as I asked if they could be ready so they're not too HOT, gentleman said oh yes sure come in about 10mins.
