Rubbish delivery service. Ordered pizza at 9pm, called a few times at 10pm then 10:30, called to know where the delivery is they said it is on its way, nobody has come yet. Had a few people come over and we had to make other arrangements. The person who made the delivery was at 11pm two hours it took them, and the pizzas were cold and was not eatable. I said I’m not paying for a cold pizza and also it’s late. The delivery guy said take it up with the office. Obviously this closes at 11 and it does not go through. Poor customer service as when I called leading towards 11pm they just sounded like they was rushing to get out of work and not help at all as two different employees said it’s on its way. Very misleading and false information. When the delivery guy came he was unprofessional and said in a very rude manner give me back the pizzas and that was it, didn’t say sorry for taking so long or shown and apologetic towards my experience in this matter. This is a shame and people need to know how they treat their customers at this establishment. I’m not happy at all, won’t be ordering anything from this store ever again.

Having ordered from here a couple of times have to say the pizza has been spot on every time. Having ordered online the order is always delivered on time. Ordered on Saturday night and was delivered in half an hour , pizza was hot and fresh and the delivery guy kind and polite. Wouldn't hesitate to order again. Thank you

Not the most consistent quality. Staff can be nice in person but sometimes lie about actual times for delivery. A minute away can take 10 mins. Also if going in to the takeaway, the door doesn’t close properly, so cold air drifts in freezing you. Head ups.

The quality and level of service I feel it gone down too much I keep telling them make sure the pizza is hot unfortunately the delivery driver does multi trips before I get my pizza so it cold and the pizza toping is in one place not spreading out properly so I feel the quality service and quality it's not like back in the days

Realy bad service from this place, ordered last week lunch time, over 1 hour for the food to come even over lunch, when food arrived driver nearly dropped it, placed order on the 17th feb and looked on website says speed guar
