Slow delivery order was wrong and when I called to complain was blatently lied too over priced for poor quality food try some where else number is saved in my phone as bad food in case I accidentally try to order from this hole again

This place doesn't even deserve any stars ordered tonight using just eat the food came cold, and with a allergy on it which was put on not to give definitely don't recommend rang them up on noticing and they didn't offer to redo the meal or anything really bad customer service and will be taking it higher!

Terrible delievery driver, kicked off because we received our order and we didn't get the chocolate cakes we paid for, so we phoned them back up, the man in the shop said he would send two right away, 10 mins later we get a call from the delievery driver yelling at us that he put the chocolate cake in the bag, we argued for about 10 more minutes, so we said we will come to the shop to collect them if that's what it comes to and he went on saying "I don't appreciate threats" to my understanding, saying I'm coming to get my food isn't a threat.... so after him still refusing, we put the phone down. Don't ever use this place.

RUBBISH FOOD AND EVEN WORSE SERVICE! We ordered 3 pizzas from here - they were disgusting! we were told 45 mintues for delivery it took them an hour and 20 minutes to get here! In that time I rang up to complain twice the first time the man who answered told me the driver was just around the corner and would be 2 minutes, 15 mintues later I called again and said they still hadn't arrived! the same person who answered said the driver had left 10 minutes ago... I only live 6 minutes from the restaurant! When I told him he was lying/had lied to me, he passed me over to his manager. The manager shouted at me for a good 10 minutes because I had complained and there was no attempt to apologise or resolve my problem. Finally he shouted he would call the driver and I could take my business else where! The driver arrived and tried to force the pizza on me even though it was cold! the manager called the driver as he was at my front door and they proceeded to have a full out row in my street. My house mate always says Indian customer service was second to non! Well at Pizza Palace in Loughborough it is worst to non!
