Ordered 2 large pizzas which arrived over an hour later. The thing that was even worse is that one of the pizzas was all squashed inside the box with no toppings left... obviously the driver does not know how to hold pizza boxes correctly! Called up to explain situation and unlike other local places who listen to their customers, man on the phone advised that he would need me to bring the pizza back to the shop to verify and he would then make a new pizza!! Food tastsed disgusting and the service was even worse...will never order from here again!
Awful customer service! Ordered two medium pizzas which turned out to be small when delivered, when called to explain this to what seemed like the Manager he was not understanding and didn't seem to care. My boyfriend even stated that he wasn't interested and he agreed! Pizzas are nothing special but won't return purely out of the extremely bad customer service! Avoid at all costs!
It's ok. Pizza palace was much better a few years ago before it was taken over, I have made a couple of large orders but both times things have been missing or incorrect so have now started going else where. The pizzas that did come tasted fine but nothing special.
Hi I Ordered the other night asked for a donor Kabab with salad and chill and mago but when I received it , it came with everyone what I asked for but no mayo so when I had some it was too spicy for me and i could eat it & had to put my own mayo on and still could eat it as the sauce was floored throughout the whole !! My first time ordering from their and will be my last
Worst takeaway I've ever had! Food had to go straight in the bin! When we complained they just put the phone down. This is the first time we have ever complained about a takeaway. Raw kebab, excuse of a pizza. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Gave me diarrhoea. Kebab was not cooked properly and pizza was cold. Was nearly 45 minutes late also. Driver looked like he was in crack and didn't apologise. Don't bother
Ordered a medium 10 inch pizza was given an 8 inch pizza listed as small on their menu. They claimed 10 inches actually referred to the size of the top of the slanted pan they used to cook it in and not the pizza that would be served! They wouldn't accept that I had paid for a medium pizza and had been given a small. Wouldn't give me the difference back or a 10 inch pizza like I had ordered.
Food took an hour and a half to arrive. Everything was raw. Called to get a refund. They were incredibly rude, told me it doesn't work like that and put the phone down on me. They somehow managed to make their service worse than the food. Disgusting food. Disgusting business.
After care just terrible. Waiting for more than an hour is ok but 2 hours on still no food now that's not acceptable. The food can be amazing but service should follow. For that reason I wont be ordering again from here.
Good quality food as always been going here for years, always delivered within 35 minutes even at weekends. Brilliant service and friendly staff. Highly recommend it.
