Hello, why is my food not being sent? I haven't received it yet. What is the reason?????????????????????? This is not right at all. We were hungry at home and we were waiting for food. You placed an order but you did not send food. Please return my money.
I've been ordering food here for years. Never had any issues, however, they've always forgotten something on my last set of orders. Once or twice I could forgive, but this is repeatedly happening. This pattern makes me question what else is going wrong behind the scenes. A shame as the food is great but I'll be taking my custom elsewhere. Apologies only go so far.

If I'd read the reviews I may have given it a wide birth since there's quite a few negative ones but I didn't and so ordered the deep pan Hot Shot pizza and I was really pleased. It came on time on a Friday night, was hot and really tasty! I knew it wasn't going to be Michelin star food but it was still really good - think pizza hut-style deep pan which I love. Will use them again for sure. Tasty!
If you want a decent kebab, go elsewhere. All the starters are dreadful, tandoori chicken is drier than unbuttered toast. Mushroom pakoras could choke you unless you have a drink at hand. Honestly the food tastes like you’ve ordered it the night before.
Ordered for the first time from this place today. We ordered two different chicken pizzas. They were both hot and delicious. They also sent us pokoray, rolls, chicken and somosay for iftari. We were really touched and appreciated it. May Allah accept it from you.
Literally amazing food and staff. I’ve been eating food from here since around age 2/3. I’m 20 now. My family have used it before me, and each year they always send out gifts with orders around customers. I love this place, and will never not order from here. Service is great, staff are great and food is even greater. Best kebab in my entire life. Best onion bhajis ever. recommended to anyone who wants a good meal.
It's not the best pizza place around. It cost £37 , they said 1 hour, arrived 1h:45 later driver had music blasting from the car, It was cold and that is not all it was disgusting I should say and I am been nice saying that. The garlic bread was horrible my 8 year old had one bite and said I don't think so its disgusting and all the mix starter was battered and greasy and the chicken tikka that was not battered was dry and you could not chew it . I wish I put the money down the toilet. I will never go there ever again. When I phoned they just put the phone down on me. Not happy at all.
The food is amazing here and the staff are lovely .. been going to them for over 15 years .. the shaslik curry is my favourite
