Got a bit unlucky with a pizza ... was very wet and sloppy and topping just slid off. But from the reviews it seemed a fluke. Have had the fish and chips and they are great, proper heart stopping oily batter that tastes lovely. Side order of excellent battered scampi. Will definitely be back.
I've had a few pizzas from here, everytime I'm surprised by how good they are! They are by far the best pizza you could ever get from a take away. Indeed I think they are beyond good restaurant quality. I didn't think pizzas could taste so good. Cannot recommend highly enough...
If I could give a minus score here I would. I ordered from this takeaway some time ago. they confirmed my order but with a 1-1.5 hour waiting time. As we reached the end of the wait time they cancelled my order. Decided to give them a second chance and ordered again last night. They confirmed my order but again a wait time of 1-1.5 hours. My order did not arrive and I called the restaurant who blamed Uber. I contacted Uber who had not yet received the order. I spoke to my son about this and the same thing had happened to him and a group of friends. It appears that this takeaway is a money first operation who accept orders that they cannot fulfill and blame the delivery drivers. . Will not be ordering again.
We popped in for a takeway on our way home for the first time in years yesterday we used to live in the delivery area, but now live outside it. My blue cheese pizza was amazing - one of the bast I have had in a long, long time. Quick service as well. Cannot recommend highly enough.
Ordered from Pizza Magic for years and never had a bad pizza. Staff are always very friendly and attentive. Service is quick and efficient. Marco the owner is a great guy and very knowledgable about the local area. Definitely the go to place in the West End.
A Deliveroo order of pizza magic pizzas was incorrect when I arrived at our home last Friday. It was clearly someone else’s order. Deliveroo told us that we would need to speak to the restaurant. After explaining the issue, the girl that took the call informed us that Marco the manager had instructed her to tell us he was too busy and she subsequently terminated the call. Despite a few attempts to call back, all efforts were met with the same response. Worst attitude and service EVER… we will never be back and we advise all consumers to use outlets that actually care.
Update: Jan 2022 This place is absolute trash. We tried it again, and the pizza was burnt and inedible. Waste of time, money and resources. Don’t come here, unless you want to wait for your food for an unacceptably long time, talk to a rude and standoff-ish unapologetic young guy at the counter who makes no effort to give any reason. Honestly, skip this place.
Easily Glasgows West end best pizza place. You may have to wait for freshly made pizza if you've not already preordered but well worth the wait. The "Glasgow Salad" chips are excellent freshly cut from real potatoes! It's the place to be seen in the West end scene! Strongly recommended.
Utterly awful experience! 1st off was called about 40 mins after I put the order in, to be told they had no strawberry for the sweet pizza, so I asked if I could just have banana on it, to be told no we are not making it! Was offered 4 @ each £0.80 brownies in return for the £7.50 charged to my card..had ordered other food also.....not even chance to say will I be refunded the difference!! After this point it has taken nearly 2 hours to arrive, after waiting for over an hour I called up as I paied by card, and was worried it had went to the wrong address. Very very rude! Was told it was 2 mins away, so waited 20 mins called them back as I paied by card, to be told still out for delivery, really not happy by this point as told 20 mins before it would be literally 2 mins. Finally turns up 15 mins later, stone cold! The delivery driver beeped his horn the hole way down my street! So went to call back due to this never happening when Iv made an order for delivery in any takeaway before! For them to point blank not answer there phone. This is disgusting way to treate a paying customer! Whom had already paied! Never again will I be using them and I will be calling 101 for noise disturbances due to living in a very very quiet street! And miss use of a horn! Awful experience! Avoid at all costs!
Wow food is Amazing pizza are scrumptious and also try the fish and chips this is gluten free the best Fish and chips I have ever tasted, all the family love this place
