Pizza Inn Sudbury - 3 times delayed orders after being told 'pizza is coming' but then not updated while standing in shop 20 mins only to discover other customers been waiting longer and another couldnt get cash from 2 cash points and they did nothing to help her where she could go. Unfortunately managers not got the greatest customer service and gets pretty irate when customers just want a little accuracy on wait time.
Management recently changed and therefore changing my review to 5 stars... Another week and another excellent pizza and sides.... I order from here often as they are good quality and reasonably priced pizzas. Collecting opens a good range of discounts. They do a 20inch pizza which is huge and perfect for 4 adults with big appetites. And they just add paneer tikka... Awesome... Well done and keep it up.

Very dry Pizza, before lockdown I must say this one of the best pizza places around now it's not.
Order a pizza several times here and had very bad experience every time. Everytime I always get so much stomach pain next day. For the price and the quantity it worth it. But for the quality and your health not worth it. So you can either choose like Matrix. One hand cheap pizza and bigger quantity and other hand you got your life health and bad quality.
Average at best. Got pizza and a few extras but just didn’t cut it for me. Bland and not made with passion. Trying to keep my business local but better off to go with a chain to be honest.
Lovely pizzas I always buy from here, good prices, properly made crust and base.
